The reality of living with sickle cell disease (SCD) can be a challenging and isolating one. Vertex briefed us to collaborate with their developer and design a beautiful web experience to inform the public about SCD and house testimonials from patients and people impacted by the disease.

The design needed to be light on branding, but impactful on the use of patient images and video testimonials, as well accessible and easy to scan. We also created medical illustrations to explain the biology of sickle cells and how it manifests.
